Paul Turner

CEO

 

Mr. Turner began his career in community resilience and disaster response in 1996 serving as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard. In 1998, he was assigned as an Officer of the Day at Station South Padre Island, TX. He was promoted and transferred to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Charleston, SC where he served as a Use of Force Instructor. While assigned to FLETC Mr. Turner was selected for Officer Candidate School which led to leadership rolls as a supervisor in the Contingency/Preparedness Office at Sector New Orleans in Metairie, LA, Assistant Training Officer FLETC Charleston, SC, Chief of Enforcement Marine Safety Unit Port Arthur, TX, and Command Duty Officer Sector New York, Staten Island, NY. He later became the Commanding Officer of Station Ft. Lauderdale located in Dania Beach, FL. In 2014, the Coast Guard assigned him as a Department of State Maritime Advisor to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. After two years in this assignment Mr. Turner retired from the Coast Guard and currently works as an Homeland Security and Emergency Management consultant for various firms including responses to storms in both East Texas and Central Louisiana. Mr. Turner’s awards include selection as the 2014 State of Florida Federal Employee of the Year, Captain David H. Jarvis Inspirational Leadership Award nominee 2013, Advanced Boat Forces Operations Insignia, the Coast Guard Commendation Medal (3), Coast Guard Achievement Medal (4), Coast Guard Letter of Commendation (3), Humanitarian Service Medal, Coast Guard Presidential Unit Citation, Department of Transportation 911 ribbon, Armed Forces Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Medal, and various unit and team awards.

Matt Bargo

Dr. Matt Bargo currently is a Practicing Veterinarian,but also has a long list of work he has done in Emergency Management.

He and Paul Turner have actively worked together from October 2017-2018 assisting with the disaster ,due to  Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. They assisted in the aid of refueling  generators and  generator maintenance for AT&T,Fresenius,the surrounding medical centers and Louis Berger. Along with all of the disaster related work, Matt worked with the FEMA Step Program from April 2018-December 2019, to insure all the safety of the communities in Puerto Rico. They provided temporary repairs to  housing ,that needed the most work ,to insure a safe environment for people in the surrounding area from where the disaster affected the most. Matt has worked with Paul as a partner , and CFO ,for Rogue ResponseLLC, ensuring the safety of all the communities ,where need be . Not only is Matt Bargo CFO of Rogue Response LLC ,he also has been a big part of this company,and community ensuring , Outstanding, Professional and reliable work for the communities in the United states.He continues to be a present part of all the disasters that come our way to ensure the  upmost safety and comfort for all communities.
